Fitness Activities for kids with Special Needs

Locating a program for your child with Special Needs  can be difficult.  Every child has a unique diagnosis and finding a place within a group sport setting can be a challenge. Here we challenge all the participants physically, mentally with individual exercise or partnered exercise.

For children with learning disabilities, athletics are a great way to empower your child by providing feelings of success that they might not be getting at school. Organized fitness is a great way to communicate with others and is a great stress reliever!

  • Wednesday 3:45-4:30pm
  • Thursday 5:00-5:45pm

More classes will be available if needed. Let us know how we can accommodate you!

If class doesn't workout we also offer more hands on training by offering 30 minute, 45 minute & 60 minute one-on-one personal training sessions.
