RULES

  1. If you are younger than 18 yrs old, you must get permission by your parents or legal guardian.
  2. You must compete in a safe environment while keeping social distance.
  3. Submit required information when registering for the meet. This information will be used when posting results.
  4. THROWS: Record 6 throws, measure and submit your best 3!
  5. RUNNING (800, 400, 200, 100, 40yrd dash and Pro Agility): Have someone video you. 
  6. RUNNING (1 Mile, 5k and 10K): Use a GPS watch/APP and submit photo
  7. LIFTING: We require 3 videos of your lifting attempts!                           *Pull Ups require 1 video that must be a complete hang (straight arms) for the rep to count. *Pro Agility require 2 videos of left and right starts. *Hang for Time requires 1 video.

QUESTIONS

WHAT IF I WANT TO DO MORE THAN 1 EVENT?

You can! On our registration page you will have the ability to sign up for as many as six(6) events!


HOW DO I UPLOAD MY VIDEOS?

After completion of registration, you will be given a link to directly upload your videos and a form to be filled out with information that will be put onto your public results page! This link will also be emailed to you.
